Clinical Research Associate II – 0.5 FTE, Remote (Estonia)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a part‑time Clinical Research Associate II to support sponsor‑dedicated real‑world late‑phase studies. The role is remote, based in Estonia, and involves managing site activities from qualification through close‑out while ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close‑out visits, both on‑site and remotely.
• Review source documents, verify data entry in CRFs, and resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files, reconcile with Trial Master Files, and ensure archiving compliance.
• Support subject recruitment, retention, and awareness strategies, and act as liaison with site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
