Clinical Research Associate II – 0.5 FTE (Remote, Estonia)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a part‑time Clinical Research Associate II to support sponsor‑dedicated, real‑world late‑phase studies. The role is remote, based in Estonia, and involves site qualification, monitoring and close‑out activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, GPP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in CRFs, resolve queries and maintain electronic data capture compliance.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation and documentation, and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsor affiliates and internal teams, and attend investigator and sponsor meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in GCP/ICH regulatory standards.
• Experience with source document review and electronic data capture systems.
• Ability to manage investigational product handling and documentation.
