CRM Coordinator

About the role

Sisu Group, a fast-growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, is looking for a CRM Coordinator in Tallinn. The role develops, implements and optimises customer relationship management strategies to improve player engagement, retention and loyalty, working with cross-functional teams on campaigns, data analysis and targeted communication.

Key responsibilities

• Devise and run CRM strategies tailored to player segments, with compelling messaging and promotions
• Run lifecycle marketing: welcome, retention, reactivation and win-back campaigns
• Work with creative teams on localised content for emails, SMS, push notifications and web messages
• Apply personalisation to make communication timely and relevant
• Analyse campaign performance and player behaviour data, monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention and revenue, and adjust strategies
• Run A/B tests to improve campaigns
• Work with product, marketing, analytics and support teams to align CRM with business goals
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming, and stay up to date on player communication and data privacy laws

Required profile

• 1+ years of CRM Coordinator/Executive experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Understanding of player behaviour, segmentation and lifecycle management
• Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle several projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have: knowledge of iGaming regulations and responsible gaming; clear police record required
