Customer Service Specialist – Dentistry

About the role

Straumann, a global leader in dentistry, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist in Tallinn. The specialist takes customer orders, answers product questions, prepares goods for delivery and keeps the assigned customers' documentation up to date. The role reports to the Head of Finances & Operations / Country Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Take in customer orders via phone, the e-shop and salesmen, and answer product-related questions or redirect customers to the Sales manager
• Collect ordered products and prepare them for delivery according to internal standard operating procedures, adding marketing material if needed
• Monitor payments, especially overdue ones, and consignment stocks of assigned customers
• Keep customer documents in order: credit checks, consignment stock contracts, consignment stock counts and other required paperwork

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dentistry or a similar customer service position
• Fluent Estonian and advanced English
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and a customers-oriented mindset
• Driver's licence (category B) and at least 2 years of driving experience
