Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at MMDSmart, a leading supplier of cloud‑based business communications since 2007. The role focuses on building analytical systems, supporting operational decision‑making, and delivering insightful dashboards to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support analytical systems for operational analysis and decision making.
• Communicate with Business Process Owners to identify key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with development teams to locate data sources and analyse data lifecycles.
• Define data storage structures in the data warehouse and set ETL requirements for Data Engineers.
• Create dashboards using analytical platforms such as Tableau, Looker or SuperSet.
• Present analytical results to customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data or BI analyst.
• Understanding of business process analysis and KPI identification.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Tableau, Looker or SuperSet for data visualization.
• SQL for data querying.
• Python programming (plus).
• Fundamental database principles.
