Staff Software Engineer – Product Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a versatile product engineer who can own large portions of our talent acquisition platform, drive end‑to‑end feature delivery, and shape product direction. You will work in a fast‑moving environment that blends the agility of a seed startup with the scale of a growth‑stage company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship complex features such as automated interview scheduling and declarative filter architectures.
• Research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and prototype solutions.
• Own projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with product, design, and other engineering teams.
• Make technical decisions across the stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure, to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Comfortable tackling any part of a technology stack and thriving in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong ability to balance speed and quality, delivering robust features while moving with urgency.
• Ambitious, open to feedback, and an excellent collaborator and communicator.
