Data Analyst – Performance Management & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into actionable insights that support business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work across the bank’s performance management and analysis functions, collaborating with stakeholders to shape data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and validate its quality at each development stage.
• Interpret data using statistical techniques and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytical approaches that maximise value.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards and presentations that clearly communicate findings.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve feedback loops for data extraction processes.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and fulfil data and analytical needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience working with customer data, preferably in a financial or retail banking environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to prioritise business needs.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
