DevOps Engineer – Cloud Platform (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑senior DevOps Engineer to help build and evolve our cloud platforms. You will work on two strategic products – an AWS Landing Zone and a Cloud‑Native Internal Development Platform – ensuring they are secure, scalable and easy to use.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor less‑experienced engineers and raise team capability.
• Implement standardized solutions to guarantee operational integrity, performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain observability pipelines: metrics, logs and event routing.
• Manage cloud inventory, capacity planning, billing and tag governance.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex cross‑platform incidents.
• Develop, monitor and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Automate scalability, monitoring, deployment and management of large‑scale environments.
• Collaborate with application teams to embed standardized operational practices.

Required profile

• Strong technical writing skills for documenting architectures and procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Grafana, Terraform and preferably Crossplane.
• Background in Linux/Unix administration, networking fundamentals and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring, telemetry, logging and continuous delivery tooling.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
