- Solid accounting and financial analysis and/or reporting background.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, deadline-driven way of working.
- Self-starter comfortable working independently and with a small team, with strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn the regulatory and accounting requirements specific to venture capital.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- High attention to detail and confidence working in Excel.
- Nice to have: experience with fund administration or fund structures, familiarity with Estonian financial regulation and AML requirements, and Estonian language skills.
- Interest in and working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude (including Claude in Excel) and ChatGPT.
What we offer
- Fixed-term, part-time role (0.5-0.75 FTE) starting January 2027.
- Hybrid setup with a desk in Ülemiste City, Tallinn.
- Broad exposure to venture capital fund finance, operations and investor relations within a small, collaborative team.
