Finance Specialist

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of leasing, subscription and fleet management services for sustainable mobility, is looking for a Finance Specialist in Tallinn. The role covers maintaining financial databases, supporting monthly reporting and month-end closing, monitoring financial performance and performing internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accurate data entry and verification
• Support monthly financial reporting and assist in month-end closing activities
• Monitor financial performance, including variances, receivables and cash flow
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up until they are resolved
• Analyse financial and accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and improve tools or processes for automated financial data analysis
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide data insights to support management decisions
• Carry out ongoing internal controls and financial supervision in line with group requirements

Required profile

• Fluent Estonian and English
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
• Experience in finance, accounting or a similar role
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed financial analysis

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems, databases or BI tools
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial data and performance indicators
