FP&A Business Partner - Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

Bolt is looking for an FP&A Business Partner for its developing Autonomous Vehicles Department. The role drives financial performance, transparency and strategic decision-making, acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team on sound financial management, accurate forecasting and insightful analysis. It combines financial discipline with hands-on business partnership, connecting operational priorities with company-wide financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Autonomous Vehicles Department on budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
• Deliver clear variance analysis and commentary across monthly, quarterly and full-year reporting, meeting forecasting and performance reporting timelines.
• Improve forecasting accuracy by reviewing planning processes and ensuring cost plans reflect the latest business assumptions.
• Work with Controlling, FinTech and business stakeholders to build automated dashboards and KPI reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual outputs.
• Maintain forecasts for third-party relationships, support working capital analysis for Group cash flow reporting and contribute to ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Controlling, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and advanced English.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Familiarity with financial planning and BI tools such as Pigment, Looker, Tableau or similar.
• Solid understanding of P&L, CAPEX, cash flow management, forecasting and performance tracking.
