Specialist, Issuing Operations

About the role

Checkout.com is looking for a detail-oriented Specialist to join its Issuing Operations team in Tallinn. You will be a key part of client go-lives and operational stability, focusing on production-grade changes and configurations, technical administration, process documentation and small implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production-grade changes, system configurations and data entry needed to launch client card programs accurately.
• Document existing workflows, spot improvements and write new processes to standardise operations.
• Lead small projects supporting client onboarding milestones and internal initiatives.
• Manage administrative workflows, keep internal systems updated and prepare documentation for client handovers.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Risk and Support to track progress and resolve configuration blockers.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, technical administration or project delivery.
• Background in card issuing strongly preferred; acquiring or payments/fintech experience also highly valued.
• Comfortable working inside technical systems and administrative portals.
• Strong ability to write clear documentation and build repeatable workflows.
• Attention to detail, proactive problem solving and clear written and spoken English.
