Head of Product - AI x EdTech (French speaking)

About the role

Paradox, an AI-native personal growth platform founded by David Laroche, is looking for a Head of Product to build its AI-native product department and turn it into a category-defining global brand. The role sits at the intersection of AI, behavioral science and design, and is based in the offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder's strategic vision into a clear product strategy and maintain the roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technological innovation.
• Build and maintain the ecosystem of Loops, PX Agents, Protocols and Membership, ensuring every feature supports its evolution.
• Work closely with users weekly, analyse patterns and turn insights from behavioural science and coaching psychology into actionable product hypotheses.
• Design AI-powered coaching loops, feedback systems and rituals, using Lean Startup methodology and MVPs to validate ideas.
• Define and track product metrics such as activation, retention and transformation rates, connecting them to business KPIs and helping marketing tell evidence-based stories.

Required profile

• 3-6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech; experience in AI-driven products, learning design or personal development is a bonus.
• Has shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.
• Fluent English, able to hold detailed conversations with English-speaking colleagues; French is native.
• Comfortable with Figma and prototyping.
