HR Specialist

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY ESTONIA AS is looking for an HR Specialist to join its HR Operations team in Harjumaa, Estonia. The specialist helps employees, managers and HR colleagues receive accurate, timely and high-quality HR support, working across employee administration, data management and process improvement, in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee records and maintain data within HR systems
• Handle HR administration and support employee lifecycle activities
• Perform data quality checks so employee information stays accurate and up to date
• Provide HR support to employees, managers and HR colleagues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Contribute to local, regional and global HR initiatives

Required profile

• Experience in an HR-related function, ideally supporting HR operations, employee administration or HR systems
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality data
• Ability to organise work effectively and manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication and a proactive approach to service delivery
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Swedish and experience using AI tools to improve productivity are advantages
