Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition Operations team in Tallinn. The role reports to the HR Team Lead and delivers customer service and recruitment support to Talent Partners and Hiring Managers. It is a 6-month fixed-term position with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Perform supporting activities for Talent Acquisition processes, such as checking the quality of job requisition details, publishing job ads in external channels and screening candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and internal and external candidates.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of Talent Acquisition processes.
• Adhere to established Customer and Service Level Agreement standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a Shared Service Center or another target-driven environment is preferred.
• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage, but candidates with an HR education and less direct recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English, Swedish or Finnish is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work in cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
