Infection Prevention Specialist

About the role

DisinfectWell is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist to work directly with healthcare facilities, ensuring environments are safe for patients and staff through testing, disinfection, and verification.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rapid on‑site ATP testing using wireless handheld devices to assess microbial contamination.
• Apply non‑toxic disinfectants with electrostatic equipment to all surfaces in clinical and hospital settings.
• Generate VerifiedSAFE™ reports confirming safety after each service.
• Travel to client locations, document service tasks, and maintain testing equipment.
• Provide routine maintenance of disinfection tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lb.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Healthcare education or background is a plus but not required.
