About the role

EY is looking for an experienced tax advisor to join its dynamic tax team in Estonia. You will work with a diverse group of professionals to provide high-quality tax advice to a range of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on tax strategies, improving direct and indirect tax reporting processes.
• Support clients in reducing tax-related risks, expanding business activities and navigating changing tax regulations, including cross-border environments.
• Analyse the impact of taxes on supply chains, financial and accounting processes and deliver clear, practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to help them understand and manage Estonian corporate tax obligations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in tax control, tax accounting or tax advisory.
• Higher education in law, accounting, economics, tax or a related field.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English.
