Lead Product Manager, Fraud on the Veriff Network

About the role

Veriff builds an AI-powered identity verification and fraud prevention platform used by businesses in fintech, crypto, gaming, mobility and marketplaces in 230+ countries. As Lead Product Manager for Fraud on the Veriff Network team, you will make the fraud detection, prevention and accuracy strengths of the product legible to customers, own the product experiences behind them and lead the customer engagement that turns them into a feedback loop. This is one of the first roles on the Veriff Network.

Key responsibilities

• Own product experiences such as a Feedback API, fraud insights in Station (the customer portal) and automated fraud reporting.
• In the first 90 days, assess the fraud product roadmap and packaging and agree a revised version with product and fraud leadership.
• Identify the top three to five fraud product improvements, with the highest-priority items shaped and in development.
• By six months, launch the first updated fraud product offering with design and beta partners.
• By nine to twelve months, run a shared-signal pilot with a set of platforms.
• By twelve months, have the improved fraud products generally available and measurable in attracting and closing deals with core customers.

Required profile

• Fraud and risk expertise: shipped fraud or risk products, or managed risk at a scaled, digital-native company; understands attack patterns and the precision/recall trade-off.
• Network product experience: network-effect or marketplace data products where incentives and feedback loops matter.
• Data and ML product craft: specifying signals, reading model evaluations, shipping and managing a rules engine.
• Customer discovery with fraud teams and ability to shape product packaging and pricing with Sales.
• Nice to have: experience working with operations teams and commercial packaging.
