Loan Manager – Fast‑Growing FinTech

About the role

IPF Digital, an international FinTech group operating under the Creditea and Credit24 brands, is looking for a proactive Loan Manager. You will evaluate loan applications, analyse customers' financial data and match them with the most suitable credit solutions across several markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse incoming loan requests and assess creditworthiness.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Identify client needs and propose the optimal loan product.
• Work in rotating 8‑hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity and confidentiality when handling client data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Estonian and Russian; functional English.
• Secondary education completed; strong computer literacy.
• Previous experience in banking or finance is a strong plus.
