Operations Specialist – Leasing & Financing

About the role

As an Operations Specialist you will support the financing and leasing processes for trucks, buses and construction equipment. You will work closely with customers, dealers and internal teams to ensure contracts are managed efficiently and inquiries are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in financing processes for vehicles and related services.
• Administer new and existing leasing contracts, including initiation, activation, modifications and terminations.
• Address customer and dealer inquiries, either directly or by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve operational workflows and ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service and contract administration, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of leasing products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• University degree in finance, business administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
