Operator – Manufacturing Shift Role

About the role

Stoneridge is looking for a reliable Operator to join its manufacturing team. The position works on a 12‑hour shift pattern, covering both daytime (07:30‑19:30) and nighttime (19:30‑07:30) schedules in a 24/7 environment. Candidates must be able to communicate in Estonian at a B2 level and demonstrate punctuality, conscientiousness, and a willingness to learn.

Required profile

• Estonian communication level (B2) required.
• Punctual, conscientious and able to learn quickly.
• Secondary or vocational education is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
