Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our production team and help shape how our defence and security products are built, from prototype to full‑scale manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transition of new products from prototype to production (NPI).
• Develop and improve production processes, tooling, fixtures, and production testing.
• Assist directly with assembly, configuration, testing and ensure production readiness.
• Resolve technical issues on the shop floor, perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.
• Implement engineering changes, product configurations and software releases in production.
• Provide feedback to development on manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT) and readiness.
• Train and support production personnel on assembly processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production engineering or a similar role.
• Experience with NPI, manufacturing processes and production documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BOM management.
• Good understanding of electro‑mechanical products and production testing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast‑changing environment.
