Project Manager – Telecom Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of telecom and IT services for our customers. You will act as the single point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Document customer order intake and coordinate purchase and delivery of equipment, components, and services.
• Manage all internal and external issues related to service implementation and delivery.
• Plan and execute implementations within budget and committed delivery dates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain implementation schedules for customer orders.
• Handle customer and supplier communications, including escalations, throughout the implementation phase.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer installations and technical appointments.
• Coordinate service testing upon delivery.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales administrative support for all CITIC Telecom CPC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a telecom or IT environment.
• Strong project implementation skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Estonian and/or Russian is a plus.
• Basic understanding of telecommunication services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
