Salesperson – Industrial Machinery

About the role

SAMI Masinakeskus is the official sales and service network for Avant loaders and SAMI Machinery equipment in the Baltic states, with over 35 years of experience helping professionals, municipalities and private customers choose reliable machines. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Salesperson based in Tallinn who will build long-term, trust-based relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new and existing customers and present machinery and equipment solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing and after-sales follow-up
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare offers and contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with product development and technical teams so solutions meet customer needs
• Monitor market trends, take part in trade shows and customer events, and support wholesale and retail partners in the Baltics

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, pipeline management and closing deals
• Ability to build long-term partnerships and provide professional after-sales support
• Knowledge of industrial or machinery products, preferably in road maintenance, agriculture or construction
• Fluent local languages and good English; additional Baltic or Nordic languages are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Tallinn, travel within the region and attend fairs, demos and customer visits
• Relevant education in business, engineering or a related field is beneficial; prior machinery sales experience is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical solutions clearly
