Senior Analyst – Performance Reporting

About the role

As a Senior Analyst focusing on Performance Reporting, you will own the design, delivery and continuous improvement of weekly and monthly reporting solutions for a leading Baltic bank. You will work closely with finance, data‑warehouse and BI teams to turn raw data into actionable insights for business units across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular weekly and monthly reporting processes using reporting tools.
• Gather requirements, design data‑sourcing logic and build visual layers for end‑users.
• Maintain reports, mapping tables and underlying data logic, adapting to new requirements.
• Participate in the creation of new metrics and attributes in the Datamart, including testing.
• Prepare ad‑hoc data requests and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, revenue, cost and efficiency trends.
• Automate reporting solutions and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse, BI and Finance teams to enhance reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Good knowledge of banking products, processes and IT systems.
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Experience working with data from a warehouse and performing reconciliations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
