Senior Financial Data Analyst

About the role

Join Luminor Treasury as a Senior Financial Data Analyst and help drive data‑driven decision‑making for liquidity, funding and capital management. You will work with cross‑functional teams to source, automate and visualise internal and external data that supports Treasury’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT Delivery Leads and Treasury stakeholders on projects such as liquidity forecasting, funding, securitisation and debt instruments.
• Maintain and enhance Treasury reporting datasets, investigate data discrepancies and ensure data quality.
• Create and automate loan tapes, collateral pool management and collateral allocation processes.
• Develop dashboards and management reports using Tableau, Power BI and related tools.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and explore AI‑enabled solutions for process improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coding, data analytics, IT/business analysis, Treasury, financial planning or financial reporting within financial services, banking or fintech.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to develop both business and technical competencies.
