Senior Product Manager - Finance Master Data Management

About the role

Wise is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Finance Master Data Management function. You will lead the creation of a centralized master‑data registry that underpins all financial systems, ensuring data consistency, audit‑readiness and automation across the company’s rapid growth phase following its US listing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and build the “data fabric” that governs financial dimensions and organisational structures across Wise’s finance ecosystem.
• Design and implement automated verification checks and data pipelines that keep multiple finance systems aligned and eliminate data drift.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to influence ledger design, data models and event‑sourcing patterns.
• Create a master‑data staging area that validates, maps and synchronises core financial attributes across applications.
• Drive automation of financial processes by establishing a single‑directional flow of master data.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on product management experience, preferably building data‑intensive products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions.
• Willingness to dive deep into technical architecture and work closely with engineers.
• Experience operating in fast‑growing, regulated financial environments.

Required skills

• Product management of data‑centric platforms.
• Understanding of master data management concepts.
• Familiarity with ledger design, data modelling and event‑sourcing.
