About the role
Bolt is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead its New Driver Retention initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end program that helps new drivers succeed from day one, working across product, operations and analytics to improve the early driver experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration to analyse new‑driver retention performance and align stakeholders on key initiatives.
- Own and optimise the New Driver NPS survey, turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Develop data‑driven driver profiles to personalise onboarding journeys.
- Define and maintain best practices for onboarding content, ensuring clarity and consistency at scale.
- Identify product experience gaps for new drivers and provide data‑backed recommendations to product teams.
- Design, test and scale proactive support initiatives that help new drivers succeed from day one.
Required profile
- Proven experience in program management or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
