About the role

Join Voodoo’s Live Games team and work on Paper.io 2, an iconic mobile title. You will be part of a small, high‑performing group responsible for the entire quality lifecycle, from concept to release, while maintaining the studio’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of mobile game builds to identify and document critical defects.
• Create and refine processes and tools that improve overall game quality.
• Monitor technical KPIs for live games and propose continuous‑improvement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to understand mechanics and provide actionable feedback.
• Design test plans for new features and releases, prioritising tasks across development stages.
• Execute testing efficiently, align with project timelines, and resolve issues independently.
• Promote an open feedback culture and engage in constructive dialogue with teammates.
• Participate in quality‑related initiatives with central tech teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in mobile games, with a track record of ownership and successful project delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently from start to finish.
• Reliable self‑starter and collaborative team player.
• Passion for mobile games and a solid understanding of player expectations.
• Clear communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
