Assembly Mechanic

About the role

Threod Systems, Estonia's leading military‑technology company, is looking for an Assembly Mechanic to join its fast‑growing defence‑industry team. You will work on high‑quality unmanned aerial vehicles, control systems and related platforms, supporting customers such as armed forces, police and border‑guard units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble various mechanical components according to technical drawings and models.
• Assemble and connect pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform initial testing and configuration of machines.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs of equipment when required.

Required profile

• Ability to read technical drawings and understand mechanical systems.
• Technical aptitude and precision in executing work processes.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Solution‑oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Estonian, both spoken and written.
