Data and Reporting Analyst – Support Services

About the role

As a Data and Reporting Analyst in Support Services, you will enable Support and Operations teams to make data‑driven decisions, improve performance and automate routine processes. You will work hands‑on with data analysis, reporting, platform integrations and automation, primarily using SQL and modern cloud‑based data‑warehousing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse support and operations data to identify trends, answer operational questions and support evidence‑based decisions.
• Gather, clarify and document reporting and analytics requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, validate and combine data from the company’s data warehouse.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports in Sigma Computing for multiple audiences.
• Contribute to data modelling, transformation and integration activities, including Snowflake and dbt.
• Integrate data from systems such as Power BI, Excel, Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Automate recurring reporting and operational tasks to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of SQL with ability to write complex queries.
• Experience in data analysis, interpreting business requirements and communicating findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and a BI/visualisation platform (e.g., Sigma Computing).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and core data concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros.
• Experience reconciling data from multiple sources and documenting analytical standards.
