Product Manager – Growth (Fully Remote)

About the role

A fast-growing AI consumer technology company is looking for a Product Manager – Growth to drive user acquisition, activation, retention and monetization across a product used by millions of people worldwide. The role sits at the intersection of product, data, experimentation and growth, working with engineering, design, marketing and leadership to launch experiments and optimize the customer journey. It is a full-time, 3-month contract starting as soon as possible, fully remote within CET time zone, with fluent English required.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, referral and monetization.
• Design, prioritize and run experiments to improve key product and business metrics.
• Define product requirements, success metrics and rollout strategies for new features.
• Improve onboarding flows, subscription conversion, engagement loops and user retention.
• Work with performance marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels and post-install experiences.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance, monitor experiment results and scale successful initiatives.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities and outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, focused on growth or consumer products.
• Experience driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, retention or monetization.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with fast-paced startup environments and high ownership.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Nice to have: background in AI, social, communication or consumer technology products; experience with subscription-based mobile apps; experience launching products at global scale.

Required skills

• Defining and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments.
• Deep knowledge of consumer product metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, engagement, LTV and CAC.
• Nice to have: SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 and experimentation frameworks.
