Product Operations Specialist, Bolt for Business

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support its Bolt for Business product suite. You will maintain and deploy the documentation and configuration guidance that lets Account Managers, Solutions Analysts and the Operations Team configure the product for customers. You will also help set up the intake, sorting and grooming of new product ideas from the field, and liaise with local teams to open up new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of B4B products into new geographies and markets.
• Help Sales implement the product for customers by expressing the rules and patterns that guide Account Managers in configuring it correctly.
• Build a library of self-service documentation so Account Managers and Sales Analysts can enable customers independently.
• Drive a consistent feature-idea intake process from Sales, refining the mechanism and ceremonies that turn grassroots insight into the official roadmap.
• Help Sales unlock their clients by leveraging your knowledge of the Business and Government product lines.

Required profile

• Experience using analytics tools such as Looker, Databricks or Mixpanel.
• Experience using data to answer complex questions.
• Comfortable developing, running and refining processes, with a focus on clarity and repeatable outcomes.
• Comfortable in a technology-forward environment that values results and scrappy thinking.
• Able to distinguish between AI slop and AI acceleration; using AI daily is a baseline expectation.

Required skills

• Analytics tools: Looker, Databricks, Mixpanel.
• Hard technical skills such as writing SQL are a bonus.
