Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition

About the role

This senior position leads the growth strategy for a portfolio of mobile games, owning the systems that drive profitable user acquisition at scale across global markets. You will shape channel strategies, optimise investment decisions and build sustainable acquisition engines while collaborating with creative, product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the user acquisition strategy and performance‑marketing roadmap for flagship titles and the broader portfolio.
• Manage the UA budget and P&L, scaling volume while maintaining strong ROAS in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
• Lead channel strategies across Meta Ads, Google UAC and other acquisition platforms.
• Identify new growth opportunities, expand market penetration and monitor emerging tools.
• Mentor and develop a team of UA specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with creative teams to test and optimise advertising assets.
• Build reporting frameworks linking spend to player LTV, retention and profitability.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to enhance measurement infrastructure and MMP setups.
• Provide strategic UA guidance to other product teams and scale best practices across the portfolio.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, preferably within the gaming sector.
• Proven track record scaling games profitably through performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Deep expertise in major acquisition platforms and attribution tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence business decisions.
