Fullstack Developer – Java & React (Remote, Estonia)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer proficient in Java and React to join a collaborative software engineering team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building innovative applications for large international organisations. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation, testing and support.
• Develop new product functionalities using Java (8/11) and React‑based technologies.
• Design, build and maintain scalable micro‑service applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best‑practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders within Scrum teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions and propose improvements to products and processes.
• Utilise modern CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, version control and automated quality tools.
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Java 8/11 and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with micro‑services architecture and cloud environments.
• Experience with relational or non‑relational databases.
• Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Excellent English communication and ability to collaborate internationally.
• Proactive ownership, independence and a passion for learning.
