Java Engineer – Platform Team

About the role

Finnplay is looking for a Java Engineer to join its Platform team in Tallinn. You will work on web‑based systems that power leading iGaming operators, collaborating with an international group of developers and contributing to a fast‑growing, regulated market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java backend applications for the Titan platform.
• Write clean, efficient, testable code and ensure high performance.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and continuous improvement of existing services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new features and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of solid Java development experience on the backend.
• Experience building web‑based systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
