Lifecycle Marketing Specialist – Rider Engagement

About the role

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist for the Riders team, you will work closely with Marketing, Expansion, PR and Product teams to expand Bolt’s lifecycle strategy. You will design and execute email, in‑app and push‑notification campaigns that engage active, passive and churned riders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch new lifecycle messaging campaigns for different user segments.
• Co‑manage over 6,000 automated messages, handling copy, visuals and target audiences.
• Collaborate with local teams to localise content and visuals for each market.
• Set up and analyse A/B tests, making data‑driven decisions to optimise performance.
• Analyse existing communications and implement new campaigns for active and churned users.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, product or a related field.
• Excellent English copywriting abilities.
• Strong project‑management skills.
• Data‑driven, customer‑centric approach to tracking and analysing campaign results.
• Experience managing lifecycle/email campaigns and communicating with large audiences.
• Enjoy solving business problems by balancing technical and creative thinking.
