Senior Product Manager – Operations & AI

About the role

Inbank, a fintech company with an EU banking licence, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (Back Office & Operations) to shape its operational capabilities across five markets. You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the tools and processes behind Customer Care, Partner Support, Debt Collection and other operational functions, with a strong focus on automation and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Back Office and Operations platforms.
• Work with operational teams across markets to understand processes, find inefficiencies and prioritise improvements.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives, such as better customer self-service, AI-powered support tools and automated collection processes.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and simplify processes across markets while respecting local needs and regulations.
• Partner with engineering, data and other teams to build practical, scalable solutions.
• Define and track KPIs for operational efficiency, automation, cost savings, service quality and customer experience.
• Evaluate existing tools, explore new technologies and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new solutions and act as a partner to operational and commercial leaders.

Required profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, Operations or Process Improvement, ideally with internal platforms or operational tools.
• Good understanding of Customer Care, Partner Support, Debt Collection or Back Office operations.
• Experience driving automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
