Senior Finance Manager, Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Rides Finance Planning team at Bolt. You will own the end‑to‑end global financial planning process for the Rides business, drive capital allocation decisions and shape long‑term strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Rides Finance Planning team, set vision, standards and roadmap, and develop analysts and senior analysts.
• Own the capital allocation process, including monthly incentive optimisation and reallocation of capital to high‑return markets.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning, delivering P&L re‑forecasts, financial forecasts for the Rides organisation and the Board, and the 5‑year plan.
• Manage monthly reporting and planning for headcount, payroll and operating expenses, implementing Zero‑Based Budgeting.
• Continuously improve planning processes and tools using automation, data science and AI.
• Act as the primary partner for investment efficiency and planning analysis, providing insights on assumptions, strategy and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance analytics or a similar finance role.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including managing and developing analysts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
