Senior Growth Analyst

About the role

Bolt is a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. As a Senior Growth Analyst you will be central to the operational side of the Growth team, working closely with other Growth team members, Expansion Managers, Marketing and Operations teams. The role suits someone with good attention to detail, communication skills, solid business sense and an analytical mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and optimise them to help the country team reach its growth targets
• Process complex data sets to test hypotheses, set up A/B tests and other experiments, and analyse results with statistical techniques to guide decisions
• Work proactively with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to collaborate and maximise the return on investments
• Identify opportunities within the team and contribute to the global campaigns team playbook, processes and product requests

Required profile

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data
• Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Required skills

• Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing
• SQL, Excel and Python; R is a plus
• Some BI tools and data visualisation such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
