Solution Architect – Group Functions Procurement

About the role
As a Solution Architect for Group Functions Procurement you will design modern ServiceNow‑based solutions, leveraging AI, integrations and data platforms to create scalable, secure, future‑ready services.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Product Owner to translate long‑term vision into technical roadmaps.
- Support Agile Product Owners and IT teams in refining requirements, epics, features and user stories.
- Provide architectural guidance during product planning, backlog grooming and PI planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders on solution direction and technology investments.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Domain & VDE Architect to ensure consistency across procurement, vendor management and third‑party risk capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with Swedbank and Group Procurement architecture principles, standards and security requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews, maintain documentation and recommend improvements.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party systems such as Data Lake/Andromeda, identity management, reporting and analytics platforms.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks and impacts across delivery teams and provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
Required profile
- 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience, preferably in Agile, product‑centric environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience supporting Product Owners, Chief Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, BCM, Vendor Risk Management, TPRM, Operational Resilience).
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture, API design and security/compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
