Talent Partner - Senior Recruitment
Nortal
Job description
About the role
Nortal, a digital transformation company serving global enterprises and public sector organisations, is looking for a Talent Partner. You will own complex, senior and multi-location hiring across your business area, advise hiring managers on market reality and talent strategy, and help colleagues improve their hiring practice.
Key responsibilities
- Run full hiring projects beyond a job post and shortlist: build the plan, spot risks early, set expectations with stakeholders and deliver on the agreed timeline.
- Advise hiring managers on talent strategy, salary realities and assessment design, backed by data on metrics, forecasting and team reporting.
- Design structured, fair selection processes that assess both the role and the candidate's longer-term potential, and close senior-level candidates, including through long or complicated processes.
- Ensure every candidate receives feedback during the process.
- Analyse recruitment costs, estimate agency and vendor spend and negotiate with suppliers when needed.
Required profile
- Solid end-to-end recruitment experience with a track record of closing high-level candidates.
- Experience advising hiring managers as a trusted partner and influencing decisions with data.
- Structured approach to complex problems: finding root causes, weighing options and fixing what does not work.
- Good working knowledge of GDPR, anti-discrimination principles and candidate privacy in AI-assisted hiring.
- Fluency in English and Estonian; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience coaching or mentoring other recruiters, or a clear wish to do so, is beneficial.
Required skills
- Strong command of the recruitment toolstack (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms).
- Confident, responsible use of AI tools.
What we offer
- Salary of 3,200-3,800 EUR gross per month (full-time), depending on experience, seniority and skill set.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely within Estonia or in a hybrid setup from the Tallinn or Tartu office.
- Health insurance and sports initiatives, and a flexible package.
- Growth support through Learning Hives, external and internal training, self-learning time, a mentorship programme and 1:1s.
